By accessing or using Visly's website, web application, software, APIs, tools, services, and any related features (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

In these Terms:

You must be at least 13 years old to use Visly. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an Account. You agree to:

You may not sublicense, redistribute, resell, or use the Service for timesharing or on a service bureau basis.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all Content you upload or create using Visly. By using the Service, you grant Visly a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your Content solely for operation of the Service.

Visly Content: All software, design elements, and materials provided by Visly are owned or licensed by Visly and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Some features of Visly are available only through paid subscriptions. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non‑refundable. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees.

Visly may modify or discontinue the Service (or any portion) with or without notice. You agree that Visly will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may terminate or suspend your Account at our discretion for any reason, including breaches of these Terms. You may also terminate your Account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.

The Service is provided "as‑is" and "as‑available" without warranty of any kind. Visly expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of United States.

Visly may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
